1. القبول

باستخدامك موقع masara1t.net أو طلبك أي منتج أو خدمة من شبكة مسار1ت عبر الموقع أو البريد أو الواتساب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

2. الخدمات

• منتجات رقمية جاهزة: حزم أوامر ذكاء اصطناعي، وأدلة، وألعاب وقوالب تعليمية.
• خدمات حسب الطلب: عروض تقديمية، وتصاميم، واختبارات، وألعاب تعليمية، ودروس خاصة.

3. الطلب والأسعار

• الأسعار الرسمية بالريال العُماني. الأسعار المعروضة بعملات أخرى تقريبية للاسترشاد فقط.
• للخدمات حسب الطلب نرسل لك عرضًا بالتفاصيل والسعر والموعد، ولا يبدأ العمل إلا بعد موافقتك.
• نحتفظ بحق الاعتذار عن أي طلب لا يناسب طبيعة خدماتنا أو يخالف هذه الشروط.

4. الدفع

يتم الدفع بالتحويل البنكي قبل التسليم، وترسل صورة الإيصال في المحادثة نفسها. يبدأ احتساب موعد التسليم من تأكيد وصول المبلغ، ما لم نتفق على غير ذلك.

5. التسليم

• يصلك الملف على الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني.
• المنتجات الجاهزة تُسلَّم بعد تأكيد الدفع، والخدمات حسب الموعد المتفق عليه، وغالبًا خلال 48 ساعة.
• روابط التحميل صالحة 7 أيام؛ احفظ نسختك، وإن انتهى الرابط فراسلنا لإرسال رابط جديد ما دام الملف محفوظًا لدينا.

6. التعديلات

تشمل الخدمات حسب الطلب تعديلًا مجانيًا بعد التسليم ضمن نطاق الطلب الأصلي، إذا طلبته خلال 7 أيام من التسليم. التغييرات الجوهرية أو الإضافات الجديدة تُعامل كطلب جديد بعرض سعر مستقل.

7. الإلغاء والاسترجاع

• المنتجات الرقمية الجاهزة: لأنها تُسلَّم فورًا ولا يمكن إرجاعها، فلا يُسترد مبلغها بعد التسليم، إلا إذا كان الملف معيبًا ولم نتمكن من إصلاحه أو استبداله.
• الخدمات حسب الطلب قبل بدء العمل: يحق لك الإلغاء واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا.
• بعد بدء العمل: يحق لك الإلغاء، ونسترد لك المبلغ بعد خصم قيمة ما أُنجز، بحسب ما نتفق عليه في العرض.
• إذا تعذّر علينا التنفيذ أو تأخرنا عن الموعد دون عذر: نسترد لك المبلغ كاملًا.
• يُرد المبلغ بالطريقة نفسها التي دفعت بها خلال 7 أيام عمل من الموافقة على الاسترداد.

8. الترخيص والملكية الفكرية

• عند الشراء تحصل على ترخيص شخصي للاستخدام في عملك أو تدريسك. يحمل كل ملف اسم مشتريه، ولا يجوز إعادة بيعه أو نشره أو مشاركته علنًا.
• تبقى حقوق المواد التي ترسلها لنا ملكًا لك، وتضمن أن لك الحق في استخدامها. نستخدمها لتنفيذ طلبك فقط، ونحذفها وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
• الأعمال المصمّمة خصيصًا لك يحق لك استخدامها وتعديلها بحرية لأغراضك، ونحتفظ بحق عرض نماذج منها مجهولة الهوية في معرض أعمالنا، ما لم تطلب غير ذلك.

9. الاستخدام المقبول

لا نقبل طلبات تخالف الأنظمة أو الآداب العامة، أو تنتهك حقوق الآخرين، أو تُقدَّم بديلًا عن عمل الطالب في تقييم رسمي بما يخالف أنظمة النزاهة الأكاديمية. ويُمنع استخدام الموقع أو نماذجه في إرسال رسائل آلية أو مزعجة.

10. الذكاء الاصطناعي

نستخدم أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الإعداد، ويراجع فريقنا كل عمل قبل تسليمه. ومع ذلك، تبقى مسؤولًا عن التحقق من دقة المحتوى العلمي وملاءمته قبل استخدامه أو تقديمه، خاصة في المواد الدراسية والاختبارات.

11. حدود المسؤولية

نقدّم منتجاتنا بأفضل جهد مهني. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب المبلغ الذي دفعته فيه، ولا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن طريقة استخدام المنتج.

12. القانون والتواصل

By using masara1t.net or ordering any product or service from Masar1t Network through the website, email or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

• Ready-made digital products: AI prompt packs, guides, learning games and templates.
• Made-to-order services: presentations, designs, quizzes, learning games and private lessons.

3. Orders and prices

• Official prices are in Omani rials. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and for guidance only.
• For made-to-order services we send a quote with the details, price and timing, and work starts only after you approve it.
• We may decline any request that does not fit our services or breaks these terms.

4. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer before delivery; send a photo of the receipt in the same conversation. Delivery times start when the payment is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Delivery

• Files are delivered on WhatsApp or by email.
• Ready-made products are delivered once payment is confirmed; services by the agreed date, usually within 48 hours.
• Download links are valid for 7 days. Keep your copy; if a link expires, ask us for a new one while the file is still stored.

6. Revisions

Made-to-order services include a free revision after delivery within the scope of the original order, if requested within 7 days of delivery. Substantial changes or additions are treated as a new order with a separate quote.

7. Cancellations and refunds

• Ready-made digital products: because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are not refundable after delivery, unless the file is defective and we cannot fix or replace it.
• Made-to-order services before work starts: you may cancel for a full refund.
• After work has started: you may cancel, and we refund the amount minus the value of work already done, as set out in the quote.
• If we cannot deliver, or miss the deadline without a valid reason, you get a full refund.
• Refunds are made by the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

8. Licence and ownership

• A purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product in your work or teaching. Each file carries its buyer’s name and may not be resold, republished or shared publicly.
• Materials you send us remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to fulfil your order and delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Work designed specifically for you may be used and edited freely for your own purposes. We may show anonymised samples in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Acceptable use

We do not accept requests that break the law or public morals, infringe others’ rights, or would be submitted in place of a student’s own work in a formal assessment against academic integrity rules. Using the website or its forms to send automated or unsolicited messages is prohibited.

10. Artificial intelligence

We use AI tools in our work, and our team reviews every piece before delivery. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of the content before using or submitting it, especially for teaching materials and assessments.

11. Limitation of liability

We deliver our products with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from how a product is used.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first; otherwise the courts of the Sultanate of Oman have jurisdiction.
