• ترسل لك النشرة فقط إذا اشتركت وأكّدت بريدك، ويمكنك الإلغاء بنقرة.
• تُحذف ملفاتك المرفقة تلقائيًا بعد 60 يومًا من تسليم طلبك.

1. من المسؤول عن بياناتك

شبكة مسار1ت (masara1t.net) منصة مقرّها سلطنة عُمان، وهي المسؤولة عن بياناتك الشخصية التي تصلها عبر الموقع والبريد والواتساب. نلتزم بأحكام قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في سلطنة عُمان، وبأفضل الممارسات الدولية في الخصوصية.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

متى	ماذا نجمع
عند الطلب من الموقع أو الواتساب	الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، وتفاصيل الطلب، والملفات التي ترفقها، وحالة الدفع والتسليم.
عند مراسلتنا من نماذج الموقع	الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ونص رسالتك أو فكرتك، والتقييم إن اخترته، ولغة الموقع.
عند الاشتراك في النشرة	البريد الإلكتروني، والاسم إن أدخلته، واللغة، ووقت الاشتراك والتأكيد، وسبب الإلغاء إن اخترت ذكره.
عند المحادثة على الواتساب	رقم الهاتف، والاسم الظاهر، ونصوص الرسائل والمرفقات.
عند تصفح الموقع	عنوان IP بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع لمنع الإساءة، وإحصاءات زيارات مجمّعة لا تحدد هويتك.

لا نطلب منك إنشاء حساب، ولا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع؛ الدفع يتم بالتحويل البنكي.

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تنفيذ طلبك وتسليمه ومتابعته، وهذا أساس تعاقدي.
• الرد على رسائلك وإرسال العروض التي تطلبها.
• إرسال النشرة بناءً على موافقتك الصريحة المؤكَّدة، ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت.
• حماية الموقع من الرسائل الآلية والإساءة، وهذه مصلحة مشروعة.
• تحسين خدماتنا من الآراء والإحصاءات المجمّعة.

4. مع من نشاركها

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها. نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة موثوقين يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنّا ووفق تعليماتنا فقط:

المزوّد	الغرض
Cloudflare	استضافة الموقع، وقاعدة البيانات، وتخزين الملفات، والبريد، والحماية من الإساءة، والإحصاءات المجمّعة.
Meta (واتساب)	المحادثات وتسليم الملفات عبر الواتساب.
Anthropic (Claude)	مساعد ذكي يقترح ردودًا على محادثات الواتساب؛ يراجع فريقنا الردود الحساسة كالأسعار والدفع قبل إرسالها.
Google Fonts	عرض خطوط الموقع؛ يستقبل عنوان IP لتحميل الخط فقط.

قد تتم المعالجة على خوادم خارج سلطنة عُمان، مع ضمانات حماية مناسبة لدى هؤلاء المزوّدين. وقد نكشف البيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون أو جهة مختصة بذلك.

5. التخزين المحلي والتحليلات

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية. يحفظ الموقع في متصفحك لغتك وعملتك المفضّلتين فقط. نستخدم Cloudflare Web Analytics، وهي إحصاءات مجمّعة لا تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط ولا تتبّعك بين المواقع. وتستخدم أداة التحقق Cloudflare Turnstile إشارات تقنية ضرورية للتأكد من أن المرسِل ليس برنامجًا آليًا.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ

• الملفات المرفقة بالطلبات: تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 60 يومًا من تسليم الطلب.
• روابط تحميل العمل الجاهز: صالحة 7 أيام ثم تنتهي.
• سجلات الطلبات والرسائل: نحتفظ بها ما دامت لازمة لخدمتك ولمتطلبات المحاسبة والأنظمة، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل.
• النشرة: حتى تلغي اشتراكك؛ بعدها نحتفظ ببريدك في قائمة الإلغاء فقط لضمان عدم مراسلتك مرة أخرى.

7. حقوقك

يحق لك: معرفة البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وطلب حذفها، وسحب موافقتك، والاعتراض على معالجتها. راسلنا على [email protected] وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى، وغالبًا أسرع بكثير. ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في سلطنة عُمان.

8. كيف نحمي بياناتك

• كل الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS).
• لوحة الإدارة محمية بتسجيل دخول لا يصل إليه إلا مالك الشبكة.
• روابط الملفات موقّعة ومؤقتة، ولا تُفتح دون الرابط الصحيح.
• لا نسجّل الأسماء أو الأرقام في سجلات النظام التقنية.

9. القُصّر

خدماتنا موجّهة إلى البالغين من معلمين وموظفين وأولياء أمور. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 عامًا، فاطلب من ولي أمرك أن يتواصل معنا أو يطلب نيابةً عنك.

10. التحديثات والتواصل

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر خدماتنا، ونعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، ونبلغ المشتركين بأي تغيير جوهري. لأي سؤال عن الخصوصية: [email protected].

1. Who is responsible for your data

Masar1t Network (masara1t.net) is based in the Sultanate of Oman and is responsible for the personal data it receives through the website, email and WhatsApp. We follow Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law and international privacy best practice.

2. Data we collect

When you write to us through the website forms	Name, email, your message or idea, your rating if you choose one, and the site language.
When you subscribe to the newsletter	Email, name if provided, language, subscription and confirmation times, and the reason for leaving if you choose to tell us.
When you chat on WhatsApp	Phone number, display name, message text and attachments.
When you browse the website	Your IP address in an irreversible hashed form to prevent abuse, and aggregated visit statistics that do not identify you.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect card details; payment is by bank transfer.

3. How we use your data

• To fulfil your order, deliver it and follow up (contract).
• To reply to your messages and send quotes you ask for.
• To send the newsletter based on your explicit, confirmed consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To protect the website from automated messages and abuse (legitimate interest).
• To improve our services from feedback and aggregated statistics.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

Cloudflare	Website hosting, database, file storage, email, abuse protection and aggregated analytics.
Meta (WhatsApp)	Conversations and file delivery over WhatsApp.
Anthropic (Claude)	An AI assistant that drafts replies to WhatsApp conversations; our team reviews sensitive replies such as prices and payment before they are sent.
Google Fonts	Displaying the website fonts; receives your IP address only to deliver the font.

Processing may take place on servers outside Oman, with appropriate safeguards at these providers. We may disclose data if required by law or a competent authority.

5. Local storage and analytics

We use no advertising cookies. The website stores only your preferred language and currency in your browser. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is aggregated, cookie-free and does not track you across websites. The Cloudflare Turnstile check uses technical signals that are strictly necessary to confirm a sender is not a bot.

6. How long we keep it

• Order attachments: deleted automatically 60 days after delivery.
• Download links for finished work: valid for 7 days, then they expire.
• Order and message records: kept while needed to serve you and for accounting and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; we then keep your email on a suppression list only so we never email you again.

7. Your rights

You may access the data we hold about you and get a copy, correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, and object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days at most, usually much sooner. You may also complain to the competent personal data protection authority in Oman.

8. How we protect your data

• All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
• The admin panel is protected by a sign-in that only the owner can pass.
• File links are signed and temporary.
• We never write names or phone numbers to technical system logs.

9. Minors

Our services are intended for adults such as teachers, professionals and parents. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us or order on your behalf.

10. Updates and contact
